I will openly admit that I have talent when it comes to making cramped rooms feel like home. In fact, anyone who has ever visited my dorm(s) have expressed that sentiment individually. I’m not a home decor connoisseur, but it’s the little odds and ends that matter, the personal touches. I have confidence that I would be comfortable in a small apartment after college – it would seem like a mansion in comparison to how I’m used to living. My boyfriend told me that he might be moving into an apartment with a friend for this upcoming year. I can’t wait to help him sort things out. He said he’s on a tight budget, but I can make it into a swanky guy’s pad. He’s looking forward to my help, being that he used to hang out in my dorm, even when I was in classes because he was much more comfortable there than in his room. His dorm room used to be a complete guy’s room – clothes, old pizza boxes, and beer bottles. Maybe I can make that ‘look’ seem decent somehow. ha.

That will be a separate post though – today, I was excited to find that my mother had bought summer bedsheets (wow, I sound like a domestic housewife – I always promised myself I wouldn’t get too overjoyed by household products of any nature). In my defense, the heat wave has made it unbearable at night though, so this was a welcome change.

Thank you for visiting my blog, everyone. Here is a map listing of the last 100 (give or take) visitors who have at least clicked here. Two visits were from CNN.com according to my blog stats, but I’m not quite sure if that’s accurate – who would link me from there?
